How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog's chest girth (just behind the front legs) and back length (from the base of the neck to the base of the tail). Then compare with the size guide on each product page. Between two sizes, choose the larger one.
What are the delivery times?
Allow 1 to 3 days of processing, then about 7 to 15 business days for delivery. You receive a tracking number by email. All the details are on the page Shipping & returns.
The size doesn't fit, what should I do?
You have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn item. Contact us with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
How do I care for the clothes?
Hand wash or machine wash at 30 °C on a delicate cycle, then dry flat. Avoid the tumble dryer to keep the shape and colours.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by Shopify and your card details are encrypted: we never have access to them.
