Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason.

How to return an item

1. Email us at k1000senha@gmail.com with your order number and the items concerned (you can also use the withdrawal form below).
2. We will send you the return address.
3. Send the item(s) back within 14 days of your request, new, unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.

Refund

The refund (price of the items and original standard shipping costs) is made to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or proof that they have been shipped.

Defective or wrong item

Contact us as soon as possible with photos: we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
